These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website zoogly.app and the mobile applications published by Zoogly (“Zoogly”, “we”, “us”), including Ruler: Tape Measure & Level (together, the “Services”). By downloading, installing or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our apps on devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the app store from which you downloaded the app (Apple App Store or Google Play).

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to: copy, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the Services; use the Services for any unlawful purpose; interfere with or disrupt the Services; or attempt to bypass any security or payment features.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

• Some features may require a one-time purchase or a subscription. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
• Payments are processed by Apple or Google. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.

4. Measurement accuracy

Our measurement apps (including Ruler) use the device camera, screen and sensors to estimate lengths, distances and angles. Results are approximate and depend on your device, lighting and usage. They are provided for convenience only and must not be relied upon for safety-critical, medical, construction, legal or other professional purposes. Always verify with a certified measuring tool where accuracy matters.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics and trademarks, are owned by Zoogly or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

6. Updates and availability

We may update, modify or discontinue the Services or any part of them at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension or discontinuation.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zoogly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time by deleting the app.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
